This chapter is geared towards the people who need a domain name. I have a very short list, because these are cheaper. They're also certified with InterNIC.
-www.GoDaddy.com; provides the cheapest domain names around! I have used before, and no problems! Also only charges about $10/year for most domains.
-www.VeriSign.com; somehow very popular, so I guess I'll put it up! (Note, charges about $30 bucks/year! Rip off.)
